Job Description

Responsibilities

Support planning, capture, editing, coordination and organisation of content across social media, web and wider digital channels
Assist with photography, short-form video, event content, student-led storytelling, website updates, content libraries and wider marketing activity
Work with colleagues across the University, student contributors and external suppliers to produce content that is clear, accurate, well organised and on brand
Help ensure content can be reused effectively across different channels, campaigns and teams

Requirements

Proven experience creating or supporting digital content
Comfortable helping to plan and capture photo and video content, particularly for social media and digital channels
Strong organisation, good attention to detail and the ability to manage several pieces of work at once
Not required to have worked in Higher Education before but understanding how to create content for different audiences and channels are expected

Preferred

Experience of short-form video, photography, social media content, event capture, content planning or digital asset management would be particularly valuable
