Job Summary

Own the end to end digital content engine for HCPC by turning brand guidelines into accessible, SEO friendly assets while tracking performance and coordinating with external suppliers.

  • Content ownership: create across channels that align with brand guidelines and drive awareness.
  • Performance focus: analyse channel data, improve UX, and implement measurable optimisations.
  • Operational coordination: support website, social, intranet and email workflows and ensure accessibility and web best practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating content through a wide variety of mediums which aligns with our brand guidelines identity and enhances brand awareness
  • Analysing channel performance, optimising the user experience and implementing any improvements
  • Ensuring campaigns align with business needs and the company's strategic direction
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our digital channels, including our website, social media, intranet and email campaigns
  • Assisting in the development of user personas, key user journeys and task flows
  • Ensure digital content and assets align with HCPC brand guidelines, accessibility standards and web best practice
  • Support search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) through the creation and maintenance of well-structured and discoverable digital content
  • Working with external suppliers to help in the production of materials in alternative formats (e.g. braille, audio, other languages)

Requirements

  • Proven experience of designing and producing digital content for a wide variety of channels
  • Experience of managing content production processes from briefing to publication
  • Experience of monitoring the performance of posts and using tools to compile data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and build string relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work flexibly, prioritise workload and navigate competing priorities
  • A strong understanding of image and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere
  • Knowledge of best practice for, and how to adapt to, different digital communications channels
  • Knowledge of web design principles
