Job Summary

Keep the organisation visible online by owning content across channels, leading social planning, and running webinars while turning research into stories that move audiences.

  • Content & Channels: own audience-focused content across LinkedIn and the website, with clear storytelling of research impact.
  • Digital Events: plan and deliver webinars and training sessions, coordinating with research teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytics & Optimization: monitor performance, extract insights, and iterate content and campaigns to improve reach and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage high-quality, audience-focused content across digital channels, particularly LinkedIn and the website
  • Lead on social media planning and delivery, including supporting colleagues and research teams to engage effectively online
  • Support the planning, promotion, delivery and technical support for webinars and some other training sessions and events (online and in-person)
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance, using insights to improve content, campaigns and audience reach
  • Maintain and develop website content (WordPress), ensuring it remains current, accessible and aligned with organisational priorities
  • Develop compelling stories that communicate the impact of Faraday Institution research and activities (including visually)
  • Manage email communications and distribution lists (Hubspot)
  • Keep up to date with digital trends and best practice to continuously improve our approach
  • Support the FIHQ and community to ensure communications are accessible and meeting brand guidelines
  • Support across FIHQ with digital agility in the use of other digital tools where needed
