Job Summary
Own the core new-business and client-relationship flow, converting outreach into paying engagements while coordinating with specialist teams to deliver digital-marketing value.
- Prospect-to-close: Lead conversations and nurture prospects across email, phone, and video to win new business.
- Account ownership: Manage client relationships from first contact through delivery with commercial awareness.
- Domain fluency: Articulate digital-marketing value and tailor strategies to client needs.

Responsibilities
- Bring in new business through outreach and follow-up across email, phone and video
- Lead the conversations that turn prospects into clients
- Talk confidently about digital marketing
- Look after clients from first contact
- Collaborate with our specialist teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing (SEO, content, paid media, social, email or a related discipline), agency or in-house
- Confident communicator across phone, email and video
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Preferred
- Working knowledge of websites
- You've juggled several clients or projects at once and kept on top of it
- A bonus if you have it
