Job Summary

Own data informed campaigns to grow the supporter base across traditional and digital channels, turning engagement into actions for nature, with cross team collaboration to feed campaign ideas and broaden reach.

  • Growth ownership: expand the supporter base and drive direct actions.
  • Channel mix: combine traditional and digital tactics to reach the public with wildlife messaging.
  • Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with Development and Communications and Conservation to test ideas and iterate campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead on efforts to grow the Trust's supporter base by delivering targeted activity informed by data and insights.
  • Utilise techniques across traditional and digital channels to engage members of the public with wildlife and generate more direct actions for nature.
  • This role is part of the Trust's Development and Communications team.
  • As well as having the opportunity to feed into this team’s other areas of work, you will meet regularly with colleagues from the Conservation team to develop campaign ideas.
  • Trust staff are encouraged to gain experience of the full range of work the charity does.
  • To gain that experience, there will be opportunities to participate in practical tasks, attend networking events and to support our education and engagement work.

Requirements

  • creative individual with a track record of developing impactful, data driven marketing campaigns and an understanding of using audience insights to inform marketing practices.
