Manage segment-specific strategies and present business cases to governance forums.
Use customer insights, NPS feedback, and competitive analysis to continuously improve propositions and outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shape and launch customer propositions across BT/EE broadband, TV and mobile, with go-to-market plans.
Translate product features into clear offers that drive uptake, loyalty, and margin.
Collaborate with Product, Pricing and wider Consumer teams to build viable propositions and governance-ready business cases.
Manage the proposition lifecycle from launch to iteration and sunset, considering customer and commercial implications.
Partner with Partnerships, Products and Brand teams to deliver effective campaigns and excellent execution for customers.
Own segment-specific strategies (e.g., youth, families, high-value customers) and use insights to refine propositions.
Act as the voice of the customer in product, pricing/tariffing, and commercial planning forums.
Present key propositions and performance to governance bodies and at all levels of the organisation.
Work with Product Tribes and Technical teams to meet launch expectations and quality outcomes.
Support establishment and engagement of the wider Customer Marketing team in the new organisation.

Requirements

Experience in telco customer marketing development and delivery.
Proven track record in building and launching customer propositions that drive growth.
Deep understanding of pricing, product, marketing, and customer insight dynamics.
Skilled in commercial analysis and storytelling to build a case for change.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to present at all levels of the organisation to gain buy-in for activity.
Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving commercial environments.
