Responsibilities

• As a Customer Marketing Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel content and campaigns aimed at helping members and customers with training, courses, and qualifications to advance their careers.
• You will leverage data and systems to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging interactions across multiple channels, developing personalized communications to enhance customer experience and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• You will create and manage content and campaigns, including promotional assets, online and offline promotions, email and social media campaigns, and collaborations with employers and partners.
• You will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing effectiveness, ensuring that your efforts drive awareness and engagement.

Requirements

• You are a marketer with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and both digital marketing and analytical skills.
• You have proven experience in marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of collaborating to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• You are proactive in tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing effectiveness to drive awareness and engagement.
• You hold relevant qualifications such as CIM or a degree, and possess knowledge in areas like email marketing, Google Analytics, and GDPR.
• You demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in a similar role within the education or financial services industry is advantageous.
