Job Summary

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy for a travel business, driving data-informed personalisation and AI-enabled automation across multi-channel journeys to lift acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Shape the end-to-end journeys from onboarding to win-back with cross-channel activation.
  • Data & AI Activation: Translate insights into tests, models, and automation to improve relevance and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing, product, digital, and commercial plans to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and roadmap for travel customers, turning data into actions that optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and value across channels.

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Define and lead the lifecycle roadmap, with personalisation, segmentation, automation, and AI adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Align initiatives with product, marketing, digital, and commercial plans to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Data Activation: Translate data into actionable insights and drive test-and-learn programs across segmentation, modelling, and automation.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Own the multi-channel contact strategy (email, SMS, web, paid social, journeys) to improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Automation & Tech: Build scalable automation frameworks and partner with Creative to deliver compliant, on-brand communications.
  • Lifecycle KPI & Reporting: Own lifecycle KPIs and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual performance updates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading complex, multi-channel lifecycle or CRM strategies within a consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical capability, including segmentation, modelling, and insight generation.
  • Advanced CRM and marketing automation platform experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience within the travel sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
