Face-to-face engagement: represent well-known UK brands at live locations and spark meaningful conversations.
Coaching and growth: daily 1:1 or group sessions sharpen skills and rule-set for on-brand interactions.
Operational ownership: morning briefings, logging results, and ensuring day closes with clear outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Morning briefing with your team, campaign goals and product updates for the day
Face-to-face customer engagement at live campaign locations
Answering questions, building rapport and representing the brand properly
A daily one-to-one or group coaching session to sharpen your skills
Wrapping up by 6pm, results logged, done for the day

Requirements

Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and can work on-site in Birmingham

Preferred

Experience in retail, hospitality, events, customer service or similar
Genuinely like talking to people and can hold a natural conversation
