Collaborate across teams to align systems, data and regulatory requirements

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage customer communications across email, SMS, voicemail and other touchpoints
Turn plans into action and deliver measurable results
Improve customer experience and workflows
Understand how communications are delivered and identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to improve systems and processes
Ensure communications comply with ASA, PECR and GDPR while maintaining customer experience

Requirements

Experience in marketing, communications or customer communications
Strong project management skills
Ability to bring people together and work cross-functionally
Enjoy getting into detail and understanding systems and processes
Use data and insight to drive improvements
Understanding of ASA, PECR and GDPR regulatory requirements
Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and regulatory requirements
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred

Experience in a regulated environment
Experience with marketing technology or automation tools
Data-driven mindset with analytics experience
