Job Description

Responsibilities

  • CRM Campaigns: Plan and deliver targeted communications for prospects, new clients, active members and previous customers.
  • Customer Journeys: Build and maintain automated communication journeys for enquiries, consultations, programme onboarding and follow-up.
  • Email Marketing: Prepare, test, schedule and monitor newsletters, service updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Audience Segmentation: Organise contact lists based on customer stage, interests, programme activity and communication preferences.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop communication sequences that support prospects from initial enquiry through consultation and programme enrolment.
  • Client Retention: Create campaigns designed to improve engagement, renewals, repeat bookings and long-term customer relationships.
  • Campaign Content: Write clear subject lines, email copy, calls to action and short-form customer messages.
  • CRM Data Management: Maintain accurate contact, consent, campaign and engagement information in the CRM system.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor open rates, click rates, enquiries, conversions and unsubscribe trends.
  • Campaign Reporting: Prepare regular summaries of communication activity, performance and recommended improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, lifecycle marketing or a related role.
  • Experience planning and delivering customer communication campaigns.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email-marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and customer journeys.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and prepare clear performance reports.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong proofreading and quality-control abilities.
  • Confidence working with customer data and communication preferences.

Preferred

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject.
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, membership or subscription-based services.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Experience building automated email workflows and lead-nurture campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of customer retention and lifecycle-marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with website analytics and digital campaign reporting.
  • Experience working with customer-service or sales teams.
  • Basic knowledge of landing pages and conversion tracking.
