Responsibilities

• Take ownership of agreed data & insight milestones within the CRM roadmap and ensure activity progresses to agreed timescales
• Identify risks, blockers, resource requirements and decisions needed to maintain momentum
• Review data imports and exports, including identifying anomalies and strengthening controls around data entering the CRM
• Identify recurring data quality issues and implement practical processes to prevent errors and improve consistency
• Help establish the data foundations required to develop more targeted supporter journeys, communications and retention activity
• Support the development of dynamic reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Experience of working with CRM systems and data in a delivery or project environment
• Experience of planning and delivering work to agreed milestones, managing dependencies and competing priorities
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and advanced Excel skills, including the use of V Look Ups, Pivot Tables and conditional formatting for data manipulation and preparation
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Raiser Edge, Salesforce, Donorfy or Donorflex
• Good understanding of CRM data structures, data quality and the use of data to support reporting and segmentation
