Job Summary

Own the EU creator pipeline with end-to-end sourcing, signing, and performance-driven briefs that scale across markets.

  • Creator Sourcing & Signings: Build a scalable EU roster and manage outreach to sign deals.
  • Briefs to Performance: Turn learnings from marketers into sharper briefs and faster iterations.
  • Operating System: Create pipelines, rights, rates, and repeatable workflows for EU creator creative.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a scalable EU creator roster for paid performance creative.
  • Source and sign creators across priority markets and categories, from small UGC creators to larger influencers.
  • Own creator outreach end-to-end, using email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals, and whatever channels get results.
  • Negotiate creator deals across fees, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Brief creators clearly so they understand Whatnot, the audience, the category, the creative angle, and the performance goal.
  • Partner with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers to understand what’s working, then turn those learnings into better briefs, stronger sourcing, and faster iteration.
  • Build the operating system for EU creator creative: tracking pipelines, rights, rates, performance learnings, and repeatable workflows.
  • We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection. Team members in this role must live within commuting distance of either our London, UK, or our Berlin, Germany hubs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative
  • Proven experience sourcing, signing, and managing creators end-to-end
  • Experience briefing creators to self-produce content with performance in mind
  • Commercial instincts across creator fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and renewals
  • Strong organisation and follow-through. You can run a high-volume creator pipeline without letting details slip
  • A test-and-learn mindset. You’re comfortable reading creative performance data and using it to decide what to repeat, cut, or try next
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building the playbook while executing every week
  • Fluent English plus fluent German

Preferred

  • A personal background as a creator, UGC maker, community builder, or social video producer
  • Light video editing skills and comfort with tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere
  • Interest in Whatnot categories like fashion, sneakers, trading cards, sports, toys, comics, or beauty

Benefits

  • Generous Holiday and Time off Policy
  • Health Insurance options including Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Work From Home Support
  • Home office setup allowance
  • Monthly allowance for cell phone and internet
  • Care benefits
  • Monthly allowance for wellness
  • Annual allowance towards Childcare
  • Lifetime benefit for family planning, such as adoption or fertility expenses
  • Retirement; Pension plans internationally
