Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end production of photography and CGI shoots, coordinating pre-production, on-set, and post-production across internal teams and external partners.

  • Own production calendars and schedules to meet campaign, digital, and print objectives.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, and external CGI partners to ensure timely, high-quality assets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Merchandising to deliver cohesive campaigns and assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of all photography and CGI shoots, including seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative, Photographer, and Production Assistant to ensure all shoots are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to campaign, digital, and print objectives.
  • Oversee the full production schedule, maintaining and communicating the Production Calendar across teams to meet all business deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure product samples, specifications, and any supporting materials are available when required.
  • Drive the shoot plan from concept to completion, ensuring all pre-production, production, and post-production activities are seamlessly coordinated.
  • Oversee the delivery of CGI assets from external CGI partners, ensuring timelines, quality expectations, and briefs are met.
  • Coordinate all pre-shoot planning including crew management, freelance/vendor contracts, shoot documentation, and budget alignment.
  • Work with stylists to develop shoot plans, sourcing requirements, and visual references.
  • Support with the booking of locations, catering, equipment, and prop organisation.
  • Secure all necessary travel arrangements, accommodation, insurance, and permits for shoots.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a creative production or studio environment, ideally within retail, interiors, or lifestyle sectors
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and wider Creative Suite tools
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • A proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost control
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Bynder) is advantageous
  • Understanding of CGI production and asset workflows is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering best-in-class visual content
