Requirements

• Strong practical skills in creative media production (e.g., video, photography, audio, and/or digital content creation)
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring learners in a creative or educational setting
• Ability to design and deliver clear, structured lessons and project-based learning activities
• Excellent communication, feedback, and classroom management skills
• Comfort using industry-relevant software and equipment (such as video editing tools, camera equipment, and social media platforms)
• Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practice and supporting diverse learning needs
• Relevant qualification or industry experience in media, film, digital arts, or a related field (teaching qualification is an advantage)
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing schedules, assessments, and administrative tasks
