Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into creative. Develop concepts for retreats, events, products and campaigns with Adam, then take ownership of turning those ideas into graphics, videos, content and campaign assets.
• Film and edit. Capture Liam in the office and at events, create online-course content and turn footage into useful short-form content.
• Create and publish social content. Make, schedule and post content, with a particular focus on developing TikTok and finding formats worth repeating.
• Build our YouTube presence. Thumbnails, uploads, titles, descriptions, channel organisation — and spotting opportunities in the footage and content we already have.
• Design the everyday stuff. Social graphics, flyers, posters, event materials, course resources, email graphics and campaign assets that actually feel like Full Power.
• Bring launches together. Prepare creative for websites, listings, social and campaigns so everything is ready when we want to go live — rather than being made at the last minute.
• Capture what we do. Events, retreats and everyday life at Full Power create loads of potential content. Help make sure it doesn’t just disappear onto a phone or hard drive.
• Keep the creative organised. Photography, video, brand assets and campaign files should be easy to find and use. You’ll also occasionally support packaging artwork, mock-ups, proofs and suppliers.

Requirements

• You’ve got a good eye, confidence with Canva and CapCut and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• More importantly, you’ve got ideas and good taste.
• You enjoy bouncing things around, asking questions and getting stuck into making things. You’re organised, enthusiastic, curious and able to handle everyday requests while keeping bigger projects moving.
• We can teach you cacao. We can teach you our systems and how Full Power works. What we’re really looking for is someone with curiosity, ideas, creative judgement and the drive to make things happen.
• Graduates, early-career and self-taught creatives are welcome. A degree isn’t essential; personal, freelance and student projects all count. No cacao or spiritual knowledge is needed — just openness and a willingness to get involved.
