Job Summary

Own content and communications for internal and external audiences, shaping messaging, campaigns, and brand-aligned materials across newsletters, articles, reports, and events.

  • Content creation and governance across newsletters, press materials, case studies, and stakeholder updates.
  • Campaign planning and cross-channel execution (website, social, collateral) with analytics-driven optimization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to develop compelling stories, trend insights, and project updates for diverse audiences.

Job Description

  • Content creation and governance across internal newsletters, press releases, case studies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop news articles, project updates, and materials to raise the company profile with internal and external audiences.
  • Plan, deliver, and monitor marketing campaigns for projects and services, including website, social, and collateral support.
  • CMS management: keep the website up-to-date, usable, and optimized for SEO.
  • Social content: create, schedule, and monitor posts across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Track digital performance with analytics, report on KPIs, and use insights to boost reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities, produce case studies, and support events.
  • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to the Brand Guide across all published materials.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or PR with 3–5 years in marketing/communications.
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and basic design tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and paid media; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Flexible and capable of managing changing project demands.
