Responsibilities

• Develop and lead creative briefs — defining the strategic direction, not just interpreting it
• Produce strategy documents, storyboards, and Figma decks that bring thinking to life visually
• Own a portfolio of client relationships — retainers and ongoing projects
• Deepen accounts naturally through the quality of your thinking and attention
• Identify opportunities to do more for clients before they have to ask
• Handle inbound enquiries — lead discovery conversations and guide new clients in
• Work closely with the Creative Director on brief-to-delivery
• Contribute to internal projects — case studies, service packaging, Fairlight's own positioning

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior client-facing role at a creative, production, or content agency
• Ability to develop and lead creative briefs from scratch — setting the strategic direction
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and content strategy
• Competent in Figma (or similar) for strategy decks, storyboards, and presentations
• Track record of growing and retaining client accounts
• Confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
• Highly organised — able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
