A corporate communications professional will own end-to-end topic development from ideation to delivery, shaping clear narratives for internal and external audiences, partnering with channel managers and regional teams to adapt content, and leveraging data and feedback to optimize storytelling across intranet, website, leadership communications and social posts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You are part of the Global Corporate Communications team and work closely with channel managers, subject matter experts and regional communications colleagues across the organization.
  • Based on guidance received from the Corporate Communication team in HQ, you drive topics from idea to execution, ensuring each story has a clear purpose, strong narrative and the right fit for the channels where it appears.
  • This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong editorial judgment. You know how to ask the right questions, challenge unclear messaging, build alignment across stakeholders and turn input into content that people understand, trust and want to engage with.
  • Translate business priorities into clear, relevant and compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Create, edit and refine high-quality content across intranet articles, website stories, leadership communications, social media posts and other editorial formats.
  • Contribute to editorial planning and prioritization, ensuring topics are delivered at the right time and in the right context.
  • Monitor topic performance and use feedback, data and stakeholder input to strengthen future content.
  • Apply modern content tools, including AI, to improve content quality, efficiency and impact.
  • Act as a trusted communications partner, guide stakeholders from idea to delivery, and work closely with channel managers to adapt and position content effectively for different audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in corporate communications, journalism, content strategy, or a comparable editorial role.
  • Strong ability to develop high-quality content for audiences with different levels of business and technical understanding.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and teams in different locations.
  • Comfortable working with content management systems and digital workflows.
  • Strong team player who collaborates closely across the editorial setup while taking clear ownership of assigned topics, content quality, and end to end delivery.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
