Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll work across CRO strategy, website analysis, experimentation, client communication, and delivery, helping turn insight into action and action into measurable performance gains.
  • You’ll sit close to clients, strategy, design, and development — shaping priorities, driving clarity, and ensuring great ideas become high-quality execution.
  • This is not a passive support role. You’ll be expected to think critically, lead confidently, challenge where needed, and make things better.
  • You’ll own: CRO Strategy and Analysis; Client Leadership; Project and Delivery Ownership; Progression and Development; What You’ll Own sections as described in the role text.
  • Presenting CRO strategy, insights, and analysis clearly
  • Breaking down technical explanations so they are easy for non-technical people to understand
  • Translating improvements into actionable deliverables for designers and developers
  • Explaining what matters, why it matters, and what should happen next

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a CRO Specialist at an agency or as a freelancer
  • 2+ years of experience working with ecommerce / Shopify brands
  • Strong understanding of conversion principles, website UX, messaging, funnel thinking, and ecommerce performance
  • Confidence analysing both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
