Job Summary

Own the content narrative engine for a B2B SaaS brand by turning product features into persuasive, SEO-friendly stories across blogs, guides, and campaigns, while coordinating with product, sales, and design to ensure consistency and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative copy and concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality blogs, guides, whitepapers, and eBooks that educate, inspire, and engage HR professionals and decision-makers.
  • Write conversion-focused ad copy for paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, etc.), and develop landing page content optimized for engagement and lead generation
  • Bring our brand voice to life consistently and turn complex products and solutions into easy-to-understand narratives.
  • Create compelling customer stories, case studies, and testimonials, and conduct interviews with customers and internal stakeholders to extract insights and results.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs (product, leadership, sales) to produce opinion pieces and industry insights that position the company as a trusted authority within our category.
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword-optimized copy for web and align content with buyer journey stages and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure relevant copy and market understanding and need for adoption for different markets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in concept development, advertising, and content marketing. Encouraging AI adoption to drive speed and improvement but always use your own editorial input and judgement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a content writing or copywriting role (minimum ~4 years’ experience)
  • Demonstrable ability to produce high-quality written content across multiple formats (long-form content, short-form copy, sales and marketing collateral)
  • Experience writing SEO-optimised content, including website and landing page copy
  • Evidence of contributing to or delivering against a content strategy
  • Strong experience working in commercial, B2B, or marketing-driven environments
  • Native or fluent English writing ability, with a clear understanding of tone, nuance, and cultural context

Preferred

  • SaaS or tech experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Agency experience working with relevant clients is equally valid
  • Experience working with content workflows or task management tools (e.g. Asana or similar) is desirable
  • Experience collaborating with designers and marketing stakeholders on campaigns or content delivery
