Job Summary

Own the webinar and content engine for a compliance audience, from 12‑month planning to live hosting, follow‑ups, and repurposing into gated assets and blog content.

Webinar program ownership: schedule, speakers, slides, scripts, event pages, and reminders.
Content engine: convert webinars into guides, checklists, roadmaps, infographics, tools, templates, and gated leads.
Audience enablement: drive blog posts and resources that support education, lead capture, and ongoing engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

🔎 Research & Planning - Research compliance news, regulatory changes, and trending topics through customer feedback, sales input, industry research, and our compliance experts.
Own our 12-month webinar and content calendar.
🧑‍🏫 Webinars - Coordinate presenters and manage the webinar schedule.
Create webinar slides, scripts, and supporting materials with our compliance experts.
Host and moderate live webinars, including Q&A.
Set up webinar events in Microsoft Teams, Riverside, or Livestorm.
Write webinar landing pages and event descriptions.
Build webinar email and SMS reminder sequences in Klaviyo.
Run presenter rehearsals before each webinar.
Promote webinars to our existing audience.

Requirements

VIDEO EDITING: You're proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro .
VISUAL DESIGN: You can create polished, on-brand visuals (graphics, thumbnails, etc.) for social media & webinars using Canva .
STRONG COPYWRITING: Your writing is engaging, natural, and clear.
The main tools you'll be working with: Figma, CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Framer, Klaviyo, MS Teams / Riverside / Livestorm, Slack, Airtable

Preferred

CONFIDENT PRESENTER: You're comfortable hosting webinars and speaking in front of a live audience.
EXPERIENCE hosting webinars and creating educational content is a plus
Experience with compliance content or similar regulated industries is a bonus
