- Content Production: Capture videos at Shoppers or Rexall and post to TikTok/Instagram.
- Publishing Cadence: Maintain 7-10 videos per week across social channels.

- Go to Shoppers or Rexall and record videos using the application
- Post 7-10 videos on TikTok and Instagram
- Work approximately 2 hours per week
