Job Summary

Own the content and creator-relationship engine for a UK fragrance brand, combining platform-savvy storytelling with targeted influencer partnerships to grow reach and engagement.

Content Engine: Create audience-aligned content that resonates across beauty and fragrance channels.
Creator Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with beauty/fragrance creators to amplify reach.
Platform & Events: Optimize Reels/TikTok performance and engage selectively at events that matter.

Requirements

UK-based creative (Based in England, United Kingdom)
experience in fragrance/beauty
comfortable on camera
understands trends without chasing every single one
can spot a collaboration opportunity before we even have to ask
knowledge of what works on Reels and TikTok

Preferred

experience collaborating with beauty/fragrance creators (creators/influencers)
