Responsibilities

• Create lively, engaging content across our social platforms
• Bring new ideas and suggest creative approaches to help tell our stories on a variety of platforms, engaging a range of audiences
• Capture real moments that show the people, places and projects behind our work
• Schedule, publish and monitor content, responding to our audiences in a timely, friendly and human tone
• Track performance and complete thorough evaluations to continuously inform our understanding of what is (and is not) working effectively
• Work with colleagues across the council to uncover and tell great stories

Requirements

• As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required.
• You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.
