Job Summary

Own and lead Tomorrow's Women communications and marketing strategy, shaping brand voice and storytelling while driving campaigns and media relations. You will own the end-to-end marketing plan, collaborate across teams, and build partnerships with funders and local organisations.

  • Develop relationships with local and national media and partners to raise awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and deliver Tomorrow's Women's communications and marketing strategy.
  • Build our brand and ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
  • Identify innovative ways to raise awareness of our services and influence conversations around women and trauma-informed support.
  • Lead campaigns that celebrate women's achievements and promote the impact of our work.
  • Monitor marketing performance and use insight to inform future campaigns.
  • Communications & Storytelling
  • Tell powerful stories that demonstrate the difference Tomorrow's Women makes.
  • Produce engaging content across digital and printed platforms.
  • Manage our website, ensuring content remains current, accessible and inspiring.

Requirements

  • Experience leading communications, marketing or brand activity.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of design platforms such as Canva and scheduling tools such as Buffer or similar.
  • Experience delivering successful campaigns and evaluating impact.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, working on your own initiative

Preferred

  • Experience working within the charity, voluntary or women's sector.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice.
  • Experience supporting fundraising communications.
  • Knowledge of media relations and public affairs.
  • Photography, videography or graphic design skills.
