Job Summary

Drive regional and project-specific communications by turning stakeholder needs into tailored engagement plans, create high-impact content across press, website, newsletters, and social channels, and ensure messaging stays aligned with project and corporate standards.

  • Communication Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement: Assess requirements, develop regional engagement plans, and coordinate with project leads.
  • Content & Channels Management: Create press releases, website copy, newsletters, social content, and manage digital channels.
  • Campaign Delivery & Alignment: Support major energy/infrastructure communications, ensure messaging is approved and budgets kept.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, project leads, and internal teams to identify communications and engagement requirements.
  • Develop and deliver tailored communications and marketing strategies for regional and project-specific campaigns.
  • Create engaging content including press releases, website copy, newsletters, social media content, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the delivery of communications plans for major energy and infrastructure developments.
  • Manage and maintain communication channels including websites and digital platforms.
  • Liaise with project teams and corporate communications functions to ensure messaging is aligned and approved.
  • Provide solutions and support for communications challenges and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Scope and price communications activity in line with project requirements and budgets.

Requirements

  • Experience within communications, PR, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders and project teams.
  • Experience creating content across digital and traditional channels.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel requirements.

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Brevo, Ads platforms would be beneficial
