Job Summary

Own and coordinate integrated communications to protect and elevate the Business & Commercial Banking unit, aligning media, internal comms, public affairs, and digital teams to tell transformative Group stories.

  • Integrated campaigns: lead cross-functional squads that fuse media relations, internal communications, public affairs, digital, social, and marketing to deliver best-in-class activity.
  • Stakeholder storytelling: partner with Group Corporate Affairs to identify priorities and deliver impactful narratives for Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland to media, politicians, opinion formers, and employees.
