Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality communications and engagement across Dorset for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.
• Contribute to campaigns and media work, digital content, and community engagement.
• Help ensure people across Dorset are informed and engaged, supporting the Police and Crime Commissioner to deliver the Police and Crime Plan and build trust and confidence in policing and community safety.

Requirements

• Proactive and reliable communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a close-knit team.
• Confident in developing clear, engaging content, managing competing priorities, and building positive working relationships with colleagues, partners and the public.
• Sound judgement, a professional approach and the ability to support both planned and reactive communications activity.
• Willing to work part-time/flexible working patterns subject to business need.
