Job Summary

Own and optimize the charitys external communications across planning, social media, campaigns, website, and email publications, working across teams to deliver engaging content and measurable impact.

  • Oversee content creation for diverse audiences using analytics to inform strategy
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts and stakeholder relationships to amplify eczema outreach

Requirements

  • Experience in a communications, marketing or digital communications role.
  • Experience managing organisational social media accounts
  • Experience creating engaging content for a range of digital platforms and different audiences
  • Experience managing and updating websites
  • Experience using analytics tools to evaluate communications performance and inform future activity.
  • Experience of video editing
  • Experience working within the charity or voluntary sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practice.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing for different audiences.
