Job Description
Vynzo Media is a growing UK based marketing agency providing practical marketing and growth solutions to businesses across the UK.
We are looking for a relationship focused Business Development Manager to build our client presence across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.
What You’ll Do- Build a targeted B2B sales pipeline
- Identify and approach local businesses
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Present suitable marketing and growth services
- Manage proposals, follow ups and negotiations
- Close new client agreements
- Develop long-term relationships and referral opportunities
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and directors
- Able to manage your own pipeline and schedule
- Comfortable working in a commission-only position
- Based in Leeds or the surrounding Yorkshire area
You can earn 10%–18% commission on eligible closed and paid business, with no fixed upper earning limit.
