Job Summary

Coordinate sales outreach, client partnerships, and marketing activities to unlock growth and revenue opportunities across accounts and campaigns.

  • Sales & Partnerships: support outreach, business development, and cross-sell opportunities with active collaboration across teams.
  • Campaign & Content Ops: help plan, launch, and track marketing programs while updating platforms and assets.
  • Operational Enablement: organize reports, CRM updates, approvals, and project communications to keep fast-moving commercial initiatives on track.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with sales activity, outreach and business development opportunities
  • Supporting client accounts, partnerships and commercial relationships
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, launches and promotions designed to drive growth
  • Coordinating projects, approvals, communications and follow-ups
  • Helping identify upselling, partnership and revenue opportunities
  • Assisting with social media, marketing and promotional activity
  • Updating platform, website and campaign content
  • Helping organise reports, assets, CRM updates and internal systems
  • Supporting the wider team with fast-moving commercial projects

Requirements

  • Part-time freelance (15–20 hours per week)
  • Hybrid – this role is primarily home and office-based, with an expectation to attend the office a minimum of two days per week
  • Two Part time roles available, one in each location
  • Location: Scotland & Plymouth

Preferred

  • Some experience in marketing, sales, account management or business development would be beneficial, but is not essential.
