Job Summary
Own the basics of Maxwell Foods marketing ops driving website updates, content planning, CRM hygiene, and retailer-facing assets while exploring new digital channels and market research to sharpen promotions.
- Manage website updates, CRM cleanliness, and marketing docs.
- Coordinate multi-brand social, email, and asset creation.
- Scan UK and European retail landscape to inform launches and promotions.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining company and brand websites
- Supporting social media, LinkedIn and email marketing activity
- Creating simple marketing assets using Canva or similar tools
- Assisting with content planning and execution across multiple brands
- Supporting CRM and email database management
- Exploring new digital opportunities including TikTok Shop and e-commerce platforms
- Conducting store visits and online market research
- Tracking competitor activity, pricing, promotions and new product launches
- Building and maintaining digital category fixtures by retailer
- Monitoring developments across UK and European markets
Requirements
- English language proficiency (required)
- Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in brands, retail, food and consumer products
