Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients in a warm, professional and friendly way.
• Managing appointments, enquiries and telephone calls.
• Keeping the reception area calm, tidy and welcoming.
• Supporting patients during their visit.
• Liaising with clinicians and the wider team.
• Carrying out administrative tasks accurately and confidentially.
• Creating social media content, including photos, short videos, reels and stories.
• Helping plan and maintain a simple social media calendar.
• Drafting captions, website updates, newsletters and campaign content.
• Helping promote clinic services, events and health awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and confident with people
• Organised, reliable and good at following things through
• Creative, with an eye for photography, video and social media
• Comfortable using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• A good communicator, both in person and in writing
• Able to multitask while remaining calm and professional
• Positive, proactive and willing to learn
• Interested in healthcare, wellbeing, marketing or business development

Preferred

• Reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or patient-facing experience
• Creating social media content using a smartphone and simple editing apps
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Previous healthcare experience is welcome but not essential
