Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to our Belfast showroom.
• Support the sales team with quotations and presentations.
• Manage customer enquiries and follow up opportunities.
• Keep HubSpot CRM updated.
• Coordinate meetings and project documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to project completion.
• Create engaging LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook content.
• Capture photography and video of completed projects.
• Produce email campaigns and newsletters.
• Update website content and project case studies.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
