Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring consistent communication, smooth feedback cycles and growing trust.
Build relationships across client teams to understand priorities, pressure points and growth opportunities.
Represent GH05T in meetings across delivery, creative and strategic conversations.
Anticipate client needs, mitigate risks early and offer solutions that balance practicality with ambition.
Originate and shape social-first concepts for campaigns and always-on content, grounded in insight and aligned to client objectives.
Bring client context and insight into creative development, working with other creative leaders in GH05T to refine and shape direction.
Guide the development of creative briefs, ensuring direction, tone and messaging are clear and aligned to strategy.
Confidently contribute ideas and editorial thinking in brainstorms, decks and pitches.
Present creative work to clients persuasively, articulating the rationale and strategic thinking behind it.
Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging formats, applying relevant insights to keep work fresh and effective.

Requirements

Have 6+ years in a client-facing, content or campaign role within a creative, digital or social agency, with proven experience leading client relationships.
Have a strong creative instinct and a track record of shaping social-first content and campaigns that deliver on business goals.
Are proficient and confident using AI tools in your daily work, and can demonstrate how they elevate your creative thinking and efficiency.
Know how to judge, edit and elevate AI-assisted work so it meets a high creative bar.
Are confident in managing client relationships and guiding them through feedback, approvals and reporting.
Are a confident presenter of creative work.
Have experience working with corporate clients, ideally in regulated or complex sectors.
Understand how to connect creative and delivery workflows to broader account strategy and commercial growth.
Are highly proficient in tools like Figma, Monday.com, PowerPoint and Google Workspace, and ready to master Platform 05, our ecosystem of 20+ proprietary tools built to elevate social-first output.
Are comfortable owning elements of commercial development, growth planning and strategic alignment.
