Own client engagement, CRM management, and digital presence within a growing CEM program for a construction/environmental services business.

Client engagement and account leadership: run engagement programs, deliver reviews, and capture feedback.
CRM and pipeline ownership: manage the bespoke system and monitor opportunity progression.
Digital presence and events: evolve social, blogs, newsletters, and showcase content while planning client-focused events.

Job Description

Own client engagement, CRM management, and digital-marketing delivery within CEM strategy.

Lead client engagement programs, manage the opportunity pipeline in our bespoke CRM, and drive account reviews.
Develop and evolve our digital presence including social, blogs, newsletters, and video while monitoring market trends.
Plan events, open days, lunches, and external supplier briefs to highlight capabilities and capture client feedback.
