Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies
- Build and promote the Prism Star Training brand
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media and online marketing activity
- Develop engaging marketing content, promotional materials and communications
- Monitor marketing performance and use data and insights to improve results
- Research market trends, competitors and opportunities within the training and social care sectors
- Support the development and launch of new training products and services
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Development or a related role
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing and social media
- Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Experience within Social Care, Training or Education is desirable
- Experience working within a start-up or newly established business is desirable, but not essential
