The Opportunity

The Business Management Associate position is a full-time, permanent role designed as an entry point into our management development programme.

You will start by learning the fundamentals of business operations, client management, leadership principles, and business strategy. As you gain experience and reach specific development milestones, your responsibilities will expand to include team coordination, project management, performance analysis, and leadership development.

This is an on-site role that requires a proactive presence in our Chelmsford office and at various project locations throughout Essex.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Your week will be structured around a mix of office-based preparation, project coordination, and business development activities.

As you progress through the development programme, you will begin to take an active role in mentoring newer team members, supporting performance reviews, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

You will receive dedicated coaching and mentorship from senior managers who have successfully progressed through the same programme.
