Job Summary

Own live-brand representation across events and campaigns, confidently engaging diverse audiences and turning first impressions into lasting connections for national clients.

  • Responsibilities: Lead in-person brand experiences across events, residentials, and B2B settings with professional communication and rapid relationship-building.
  • Impact: Shape customer perceptions, capture behavior signals, and drive visibility for major brands in live environments.
  • Audience & channels: Engage diverse attendees at events, pop-ups, and field campaigns to support immediate and long-term brand objectives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with different types of people confidently
  • Represent brands professionally in live environments
  • Understand customer behaviour and decision-making
  • Build relationships quickly
  • Deliver strong first impressions for nationally recognised clients
  • You’ll work across: Events and pop-up campaigns; Residential campaigns; Business-to-business environments
  • Representing brands including: EE; E.ON Next; Scottish Gas; Verisure
