Job Summary

Own market intelligence and coordinate launches across sales, category, digital, and agency partners to turn insights into commercial opportunities.

  • Launch coordination: align with Sales, Category, and agencies on key launches and promotions.
  • Digital asset collaboration: work with the digital team to create local assets and push on social, e‑commerce, and brand sites.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Join Henkel’s Consumer Brands team as a Brand Marketing Apprentice.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market through analysis of market data and competitor activity.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal processes related to set-up and design of new products.
  • Liaise with agency partners (PR, creative), to support the management of campaigns.
  • Work with the digital team to create local digital assets across styling brands and ensure the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities (social media, e-commerce, brand websites).
  • Help coordinate with the Sales and Category team to influence key launches and sales promotional activity.
  • Identify emerging trends that can lead to commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Educational Requirements: A Levels: BBC or BTEC DMM, GCSE Maths and English Language (9-4).
  • Can do attitude with the desire to learn and develop.
  • Proactive, passionate, team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate confidently with key internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
