Job Summary

Own and drive on-trade brand activation in outlets, building trust with key customers, coordinating with Commercial teams to lift sales and visibility, and coaching venue teams to deliver engaging consumer experiences; continuously spot opportunities and adapt plans for impact.

  • On-trade activation: lead menus, displays, and events to bring brands to life
  • Partnerships: nurture strong relationships with venue partners across the territory
  • Execution & optimization: align with Commercial teams to grow sales and brand visibility

Responsibilities

  • Bring Diageo brands to life through engaging in-outlet activations such as menus, displays and events
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key On Trade customers in your territory
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to grow sales and brand visibility
  • Train and inspire venue teams to deliver great brand experiences to consumers
  • Spot new opportunities in outlets and adapt plans based on what works best

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, brand activation, sales or a customer-facing role
  • A genuine passion for brands and creating engaging consumer experiences
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The confidence to influence others and bring ideas to life
  • The ability to run your time well and work towards clear targets
  • A full, valid driving licence and the ability to travel across the territory
