Extract, analyse, and act on marketing data to drive paid performance and ROI, owning dashboards, SQL data extraction, and experimentation.

Data & BI: build Power BI dashboards and write optimized SQL to surface ROI drivers.
Campaign optimization: own ad performance across Google Ads and Meta, and run tests to lift conversions.
Decisioning & automation: automate reporting, real-time alerts, and influence budget allocation with data-driven insights.

Extract and analyse data from multiple sources (marketing platforms, CRM, website analytics, internal databases).
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact marketing ROI and business performance.
Develop actionable insights that improve advertising efficiency, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Build powerful BI dashboards using Power BI to make data more accessible to teams.
Write and optimise SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Own and optimise paid ad campaign performance – Google Ads, Meta.
Predict and model customer behavior to improve marketing strategies and conversion rates.
Test, experiment, and iterate – Run A/B tests, analyse performance, and fine-tune campaigns.
Work with the marketing team to shape ad strategy based on real data—not assumptions.
Automate reporting and alerts so we can react to performance shifts in real-time.
