Job Summary
Own and drive regional benefits communications and change management programs across EMEA, translating complex benefits into employee-friendly content, ensuring accuracy and alignment, and collaborating with HR, country teams and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute EMEA-wide benefits communication strategies.
- Create clear, engaging communications for benefit launches, renewals, and program updates.
- Translate complex benefits information into employee-friendly content.
- Ensure consistent messaging across countries, business units, and stakeholder groups.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Content Development & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain benefits guides, FAQs, intranet content, knowledge articles, toolkits, presentations, and educational materials.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
- Support the ongoing improvement of benefits resources and employee self-service content.
- Change Management & Program Support: Support the rollout of new benefits programs and benefits-related technology solutions.
- Develop communication and change management plans that drive awareness and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, or a related HR function.
- Experience working within a multinational or international environment.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and benefits administration.
- Proven experience developing employee communications, training materials, and change management initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
