Job Summary

Own the early stage of brand partnerships in a regulated, consumer-facing bank context by supporting activations, relationship management, and performance tracking across a growing partnerships program.

  • Partnership Activation: support idea generation through execution and measurement for campaigns tied to major partners like British Cycling.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: maintain day-to-day partner and internal relationships to deliver integrated campaigns meeting brand and commercial goals.

Job Description

  • Support the delivery and execution of Lloyds Banking Group’s partnerships strategy—helping bring to life key relationships such as British Cycling, alongside supporting the development of new and innovative partnerships.
  • Sit within the Brand, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of partnership activity.
  • Play an important role in supporting partnership activations—from idea generation through to execution and performance tracking.
  • Help build strong day-to-day relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns and ensuring partnerships deliver against both brand and commercial objectives.
