Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing, managing, and growing affiliate and strategic partner relationships to support patient recruitment initiatives.
  • Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates, publishers, patient advocacy groups, and other strategic partners.
  • Coordinating partner campaigns and optimizing partner performance to maximize recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Marketing teams to support performance marketing initiatives and improve acquisition across digital channels.
  • Monitoring affiliate and campaign performance using key metrics and providing recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
  • Ensuring affiliate and partnership activities comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, and marketing regulations.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners to identify new opportunities and continuously improve recruitment performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, business development, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing and managing affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or publisher relationships.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CPA, CPL, CPC, attribution, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, or other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards, web analytics, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English with proven experience in the U.S. digital environment, including knowledge of U.S. consumer behavior, advertising platforms, campaign practices, and market-specific regulations.
  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
