Own affiliate growth by planning and accelerating campaigns, building lasting partner networks, and turning data into ROI signals. You will own program strategy, partner development, and cross-team alignment while watching trends to keep the program ahead.

  • Build and nurture affiliate relationships to create long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Analyse performance metric and use insights to improve campaign ROI
  • Manage affiliate networks and platforms to ensure smooth execution and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader strategies
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to evolve our affiliate marketing approach

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and building partnerships that deliver measurable results
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Creativity and adaptability to experiment and improve strategies
  • Self-motivated, accountable and excited to make an impact in a fast-growing business

Preferred

  • Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels beyond affiliate (PPC, email, social)
  • Familiarity with the tech or sustainability sectors
