Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Amazon platforms
Build relationships with niche content creators (10k-500k followers) in relevant product categories
Design and communicate tiered commission structures and performance bonuses
Set up affiliate tracking, UTM parameters, and reporting dashboards across multiple platforms
Monitor affiliate performance, identify top performers, and provide strategic guidance to underperformers
Manage commission calculations, audits, and payouts (monthly cycle)
Create affiliate training materials and best-practice guides
Handle affiliate inquiries and provide ongoing support via email/Slack/Lark
Weekly: Pull and consolidate affiliate data from 3+ platforms (Amazon Associates, TikTok Creator Connect, Shopify)
Weekly: Answer affiliate questions and provide support

Requirements

2+ years managing affiliate programs or similar performance-based partnerships
Proven track record recruiting and scaling affiliate networks
Strong content creation experience (TikTok, Instagram, or similar short-form video platforms)
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and tracking software
Knowledge of Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop, and Meta ecosystem
Excellent written and verbal communication (affiliate support, content copywriting)
Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
Basic understanding of UTM parameters, analytics, and conversion tracking

Preferred

Experience with affiliate tracking software (Refersion, Tapfiliate, Post Affiliate Pro)
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel
Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
E-commerce or drop-shipping background
Experience with TikTok Creator Connect or Instagram Shopping
Knowledge of tiered commission structures and performance incentives
