Job Summary

Own and coordinate partnership logistics end-to-end, from planning to on-site delivery, while driving follow-up, managing communications, and supporting campaigns and events.

  • Own defined projects and activations from planning to completion
  • Keep trackers and systems to stay organized and efficient
  • Support busy periods with hands-on delivery and practical details

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Keep the programme organised. Maintain accurate actions, approvals, contacts, budgets, timelines, rights and delivery trackers so the team can rely on the information.
  • Drive follow-up. Chase information, decisions and approvals across Playfly, the client, the club and suppliers, flagging blockers and missing information early.
  • Coordinate partnership fulfilment. Support tickets, merchandise, gifting, kit, access, guest requirements and other recurring partnership commitments.
  • Support campaigns and content. Help coordinate shoots, assets, talent, approvals, schedules and production requirements around major partnership moments.
  • Deliver events and experiences. Support matchdays, hospitality, community programmes, developer events and other live activations from planning through onsite delivery.
  • Manage communications and logistics. Prepare guest communications, briefs, agendas, notes, itineraries and status updates, and coordinate suppliers, purchase orders and practical delivery requirements.
  • Own defined projects. Take increasing responsibility for smaller workstreams and activations, building plans, managing stakeholders and carrying them through to completion.
  • Use systems well. Maintain organised files and use project-management, CRM, reporting and AI-enabled tools to make the team more efficient.
  • Support where the pressure is. Contribute across the team during busy periods and be willing to get personally involved in the practical detail required to deliver well.

Requirements

  • Typically 1–3 years' relevant experience in sports sponsorship, partnership delivery, sport, agency, events or another high-quality client-service environment; direct sports sponsorship experience is particularly useful.
  • Excellent organisation and close attention to detail, with a strong instinct for keeping multiple moving parts under control.
  • A high level of personal ownership and reliability: someone who naturally follows through rather than waiting to be chased.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication and the judgement to deal professionally with clients, guests, rights holders and suppliers.
  • Comfort managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A willingness to be hands-on across both the polished and unglamorous parts of partnership delivery.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and collaborative planning tools; experience with CRM, project-management, design or content tools is useful.
  • An interest in football, technology and how major brand partnerships can create value beyond simple rights fulfilment.
  • TRAVEL, LIFTING & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • TRAVEL, LIFTING & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to sit, stand, and walk-up stairs
