Job Summary

Own digital presence across wholesale and retail with B2B alignment and drive online B2C sales through home delivery and data-driven content; own site management, content, and product data to boost engagement and conversions.

  • Growth/Content Management: Align digital assets across wholesale, retail, and product data to improve online performance.
  • Website & Growth Ops: Translate requirements into CMS-driven experiences and growth experiments that lift engagement and conversions.
  • Delivery & Data: Optimize home delivery experiences and data quality across platforms to support faster fulfillment and satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the digital presence across wholesale and retail platforms
  • Ensure they are aligned to our core B2B sectors
  • Drive B2C sales through optimising digital home delivery solutions
  • Support website management and digital growth strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales
  • Optimising website content and driving online sales performance
  • Supporting fast-paced home delivery operations and enhancing product data

Requirements

  • Excellent data manipulation and processing skills
  • Proven experience in web management and digital marketing, ideally within wholesale, retail, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of website platforms, CMS systems and ideally PIM
  • Experience in managing content for B2B platforms for different industry sectors.
  • Familiarity with home delivery or marketplace operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
